  • How can I be tested for a disease or condition, and what will these tests tell me?

After Your Appointment
We can assist you after your appointment:

  • If you need to see another doctor, we will make every effort to schedule additional tests and consultations at the earliest available time
  • If you need to be hospitalized, we will coordinate admitting arrangements and provide the hospital with information prior to your arrival

 

Same-day Appointment:
Depending on your condition, level of care you need and the time you call, you’ll be seen by a physician that day.

If you call before noon, we’ll offer you a same-day appointment and if you call after noon, we’ll offer you an appointment for the next day.


To help you with your health condition immediately, we expect you to help us with:

  •  Basic identifying information, such as address, phone number and insurance provider’s name.
  •  Questions about your symptoms to help find the most appropriate doctor to treat you. In most cases, we’ll be able to schedule the appointment with this information.
  • In case of any complex or chronic medical condition, a nurse will speak to you and enquire adequate information related to any medical records necessary to give you the best care.

To schedule an appointment for preventive health checkup, please call 080-71004500 between 8:30 am to 4:00 pm all days a week.


Canceling or Rescheduling an Appointment
If you can't keep up with a scheduled appointment, you can call on 080-71004500 and reschedule your appointment at your convenient day & time.
