The history of Vikram Hospital is long and illustrious. Founded in 2000, it was the first super-specialty hospital to be built in Mysore in India. Dr. S. Narayana Setty, Grandfather of Dr. S. B Vikram, Chairman and Managing Director of Vikram Group of Hospitals dreamed of establishing a medical center at Mysore aimed to both diagnose and treat disease and cater to the aggravating need of many patients in Mysore and help cure the disease.
