In 1994 he became a Fellow in Paediatric Cardiology from Royal Childrens Hospital, Melloborne Australia. In 1995 he got the Fellow in Cornary Interventions from the same Hospital. In 1996 he moved to Miami for Training in Peripheral Vascular Interventions. He is the former Assistant Professor of Cardiology from St. Johns Hospital, Bangalore. He has also worked as a Consultant Cardiologist in Mallya Hospital, Wockhart Hospital and St. Philomenas Hospital
