i require a check-up, if:

• you have anybody in your family, close relatives with cancer
• you are a smoker, consume alcohol, chew tobacco for long duration
• you have lump in any part of the body for more than 3 weeks
• you have any ulcers for long duration in mouth or any part of the body
• any bleeding in cough, stools, urine, vomitting unexplained
• you are in an occupation which exposes you to toxins / chemicals
• you are Hepatitis B / Hepatitis C / HIV Positive
