i require a check-up, if:

• any pain in the back in children or the elderly
• loss of sensation and numbness in limbs
• weakness in the limbs
• loss of bowel / bladder functions
• in coordination while using hands or while walking
• pain going down the arms or legs
• hunch back / bent & deformed back
• long standing back or neck pain
• stiffness of lower back or neck
• sudden back / neck pain without apparent trauma
• in children-pigmented patch/dimple over the back
